Case study video production for Tandem Consultancy in London
We were introduced to Tandem Consultancy through a client recommendation – a connection we are genuinely grateful for, and one that quickly developed into an exciting creative partnership. Tandem work with ambitious organisations to develop leaders, empower teams and build cultures that drive meaningful performance and long-term impact.
Our brief was to capture a Leadership Development Programme Graduation Ceremony in Westminster, London, documenting both the atmosphere of the event and the personal reflections of the graduates as they shared their experiences. The focus was to authentically communicate the transformation and value of the programme through real voices and lived experiences.
Alongside event coverage, we designed and produced a controlled interview setup on location, creating a polished, high-end visual style using a static two-camera configuration, professional lighting and considered framing. This allowed us to capture honest, insightful testimonials while maintaining a cinematic and consistent visual standard throughout.
The final deliverables included a comprehensive case study film, a library of individual participant testimonials, and a suite of additional video assets designed for Tandem’s evolving website and wider marketing use. The project is a strong example of how a well-planned production day can generate a full ecosystem of content across multiple platforms and touch points.
